Our Story

Established in 2025, The Jane Dough Baking CO is located in Farmington, Michigan.  Owner, Lyndsay Tarnacki, discovered her love for baking extraordinary sourdough bread when she  drove to Traverse City Michigan to pick up a generational hand  down starter. Mixed every day, as they did for years. Our unique sourdough starter, affectionately named Jane Dough, started as a beloved family tradition at her home parties & events and quickly gained popularity thanks to our loyal customers' word-of-mouth.
